BLURB: The year is 2121. While Earth has conquered exploration of the Milky Way, we have yet to develop an interstellar engine to take us beyond our own galaxy. Thus the Intergalactic Exploration Alliance and the Gemini Project were formed.

Lieutenant Tobias Dekker is fresh out of the IEA academy and determined to be assigned to the Gemini engineering team. Putting career above all else. He knows from experience that relationships have no place in the Alliance. Commander Caden Flynn is equally determined to see the Gemini prototype take flight to uncharted space. The engine is his late father’s design and he wants nothing more than to be the test pilot that breaks the next light speed barrier.

Two men dreaming of a sea of stars find that it’s instead an ocean here on Earth that brings them together. Can Cade convince Toby to open up his heart and take a chance on love and explore the universe with him, side by side?

How to Love Christmas Again

A Shadow Unit Holiday Story

By Jamie Lynn Miller

Sergeant Connor Finley fell back against his bed roll with a grateful sigh, staring up into the thousands of stars shining brightly overhead from where he lay on the edge of the sand in the Sudan desert. It was the end of a successful mission, and for once no one was chasing or shooting at them. The intel they’d collected had been turned over to the appropriate government authorities and they were at their ex-fil location, waiting for the Shadow Unit helicopter that would pick them up at dawn. It was a rare opportunity to relax and Connor was going to take full advantage of it.

Connor ran a hand through his short, sandy brown hair and looked across the small fire at his partner. From the looks of it, Sergeant Shawn Weller had the same idea, also laying on his back, arms behind his head, fingers threaded in his thick, dark hair, blue eyes closed. Both he and Connor had taken off their desert cammo shirts against the heat, hoping for some sort of cool breeze. They’d been chatting while they set up their small camp and ate their MRE’s, then fell into companionable silence. Which is why the single beep from Shawn’s watch sounded so loud in the quiet desert night.

It’s BookQuoteWednesday! #BookQW This week’s word was “IMMEDIATE”. Check out fireman Lucas and paramedic Evan heating up the sheets and the streets in Burnin’ for You!

AMAZON: http://amzn.to/2AATurh

BLURB: Lucas Taylor is a hard-working New York City fireman at Station 127, dedicated to his job, even though it has brought him heartrending tragedy – the loss of his lover, Ryan, in an explosion a year ago.

Evan Singer is the new guy in town, a paramedic transferred into Station 127 from San Antonio, and he sets his eyes on Lucas from the get-go.

Neither knowing who the other is, their first meeting is explosive, a night of passion and desire that awakens something inside Lucas he never thought he’d feel again.

But when Lucas discovers that Evan is a paramedic, it all comes crashing down. For despite the feelings he has for Evan, Lucas has vowed to never again get involved with someone on the job, after losing Ryan to it.

Can Evan convince Lucas to open up his heart and take a chance on love again, despite who Evan is?

INCLUDES THE SEQUEL – WHERE THERE’S SMOKE

It’s five months later and Lucas is nearly a full-fledged paramedic. But becoming a medic means no longer being able to work with Evan at Station 127 and giving up his chance at a promotion to Lieutenant. As graduation looms, will Lucas change his mind? Then add in a young man Lucas rescues from a fire that becomes an obsessed stalker, and Evan’s altercation with a victim’s husband that threatens his career, and things turn explosive at the FDNY.
